Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is superb, just 300 meters from the seafront with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious but had some issues like being overly hot and having mold in the shower. The service was friendly and helpful. The dining experience had a good selection but was not always fresh. The location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I was impressed by the charm of the hotel, especially with the beautiful four poster bed in the spacious and clean room. The tea/coffee making facilities were a nice touch, though my wife found it a bit challenging. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful staff, including a funny waiter who made our experience memorable. The location was excellent, near the bus station, restaurants, and shops in St Helier. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide selection for any time of the day. Overall, a great value for money stay with fantastic amenities.
The hotel was situated in an annex to the main building, which had some drawbacks like noise from extractor fans affecting afternoon naps and tired decor. However, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were lovely and friendly. The location was ideal for local attractions and dining options, but slightly impacted by roadworks. The dining experience was superb despite the slightly gloomy dining area.
