The hotel's location is superb, just 300 meters from the seafront with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious but had some issues like being overly hot and having mold in the shower. The service was friendly and helpful. The dining experience had a good selection but was not always fresh. The location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I was impressed by the charm of the hotel, especially with the beautiful four poster bed in the spacious and clean room. The tea/coffee making facilities were a nice touch, though my wife found it a bit challenging. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful staff, including a funny waiter who made our experience memorable. The location was excellent, near the bus station, restaurants, and shops in St Helier. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide selection for any time of the day.
